How can I order?
If you are a distributor, you can contact export@biolab.hu, if you are a user, ask you local distributor (check on the distributor map) or contact export@biolab.hu.
What is the general lead time from order processing?
Culture media, supplements and reagents: 4 weeks
Plastic disposables: 4 weeks
Antibiotic discs: 4-12 weeks
Are there any minimum order quantities?

What are the main product shelf lives?
Dehydrated culture media: 3 years
Bottled media: 6 months
Tubed media: 6 months
Plated media: 3 months
Reagents and stains: 2 years
Antibiotic discs: 12-30 months
Sterile plastic consumables: 3 years
How can I download the Quality Certificates?
Select Download CoA in the menu bar. It will navigate you to the site where you need to click on QC certificate and enter the requested data (Lot number + packaging) to receive the certificate.
The non-downloadable certificates are sent to the distributors via mail.
Where can I find Biolab product information (TDS + SDS)?
Open any product range in the product list where you can download all available documents belonging to a product.
What do the * and *** signs mean next to the culture media names in our price lists?
* Base media, supplement is needed. In our price list you can find the belonging supplement to a base media.
*** KIT This media consist of a base medium and one or more supplements needed for the complete base media. The price also includes the base media and the belonging supplements. Shelf life of the KITs is different from the base media!
What should I do if I have a problem with the product?
Please send you claim to your local dictributor or if you are a distributor to export@biolab.hu. You may also submit a claim through our non-conformity report submission under the Quality Policy menu. In order that we can investigate a complaint we must receive the following information: product name, product code, lot number, qty involved, exact details of the claim.
